He told the presidents that with the Skeeter deal we should have the money to help fill the expenses that BASS is cutting in their budget. He informed the presidents that last year we gave the state team $200 more than what was in the state team fund for a total of $850 and also this year we are giving the state team $350 more than what was in the state team fund for a total of $750. State Championship:

We are not going to get any money from the Charlevoix chamber of commerce, but they are letting us use the launch and the pavilion for free. Once we have all the club rosters turned in we will have a good idea of how many and how much we will have to work with. The hall for the banquet is all set for Thursday night and is a go. The entry fee for the state fish-off is still $100. A motion was made to raise the non-boater fee from a minimum of $30 a day to a minimum of $40 a day for the rider free. This was made by Bart Hopkins and second by Joe Tourangeau and the motion passed unanimous.

Membership: Sharon Leonardi

BASS has an 888 number to call for new members to join at a charge of just $12 (1-800-380-2392). There are still clubs that need to have their on-line rosters updated for they still do not match their state club roster. For a member to be in good standings they must have their

BASS membership current paid State and National dues.
